Non ho più aggiornato il blog per mancanza di tempo ma oggi eccomi qui a presentare questo pane veramente delizioso, ottimo con il salato ma buonissimo anche con la marmellata! La ricetta, presa dal sito &lt;a href="http://www.swissworld.org/it/switzerland/speciali/il_pane_svizzero/ricette_la_treccia_al_burro/"&gt;swissworld&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; e da me leggermente modificata, è questa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 gr. di Manitoba&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;1 uovo (per l'impasto si usa la chiara, il tuorlo serve per la spennellatura)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 lt. di latte&lt;br /&gt;1 bustina di lievito secco&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaino di sale (la ricetta ne dava 3 o 4 ma a me sono sembrati troppi)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Io ho impastato tutto nella mdp, fatto lievitare un'ora e ho poi formato la treccia. Poichè il mio è un forno da 60 cm., l'ho dovuta fare curva ;-) ma se ne possono fare due piccole. L'intrecciamento originale non mi è riuscito, ohibò, e alla fine ho dovuto optare per una treccia classica. Far fondere il burro insieme all'olio in una casseruola, aggiungere gli scalogni e farli appassire, aggiungere i finocchi e far rosolare per 5 minuti circa mescolando di tanto in tanto. Versarvi il brodo e portare ad ebollizione, continuando la cottura a fuoco moderato e tegame coperto per mezz'ora. Togliere dal fuoco, frullare tutto col minipimer o passare al passaverdure. Insaporire con sale e pepe ed aggiungere la panna. Eccomi quindi fare per l'ennesima volta la&lt;a href="http://cookingbigmama.blogspot.com/2009/12/colazione-di-famiglia.html"&gt; treccia per la colazione&lt;/a&gt; di Chabb e gli adorati pangoccioli per Simone.&lt;br /&gt;Questa volta ho fatto il doppio della dose della treccia e&amp;nbsp; con metà impasto ho fatto delle brioches ripiene della mia marmellata di albicocche. Buonissime!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_WgTE4fwy9Uw/TJR9eRh6mjI/AAAAAAAAAL0/jzpcuAewmhM/s1600/IMG_5572-1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_WgTE4fwy9Uw/TJR9eRh6mjI/AAAAAAAAAL0/jzpcuAewmhM/s320/IMG_5572-1.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Invece per i pangoccioli ho seguito questa ricetta (purtroppo non riesco a risalire all'autore ma se chiunque passa di qui riconosce la ricetta, provvederò immediatamente a modificare il post!):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 Farina 00&lt;br /&gt;250 gr. di farina manitoba&lt;br /&gt;75 gr. di burro morbido &lt;br /&gt;gr. 1 uovo intero&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cubetto di lievito &lt;br /&gt;150 gr. di latte &lt;br /&gt;100 acqua&lt;br /&gt;da 75 a 100 gr di zucchero in base ai propri gusti&lt;br /&gt;10 gr. di sale &lt;br /&gt;Gocce di cioccolato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fare un lievitino con 150 di farina 100 acqua ed il lievito.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dopo 1 ora circa (fino al raddoppio del lievitino) impastare insieme gli altri ingredienti e lasciar lievitare un paio d'ore circa o comunque sempre fino al raddoppio della pasta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A lievitazione avvenuta formare delle palline, metterle in una teglia coperta di carta da forno, e lasciar lievitare ancora un ora circa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spennellarle con il latte molto delicatamente(quest'operazione si può fare prima di mettere le palline ad effettuare la lievitazione in modo da non sgonfiarle).&lt;br /&gt;Se i pangoccioli si preferiscono più coloriti si possono spennellare con 1 tuorlo e 2 o 3 cucchiai di latte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere in forno statico a 190 per 20 minuti con una teglia piena di acqua all'interno del forno..........e stamattina sono ancora uno spettacolo!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Come al solito la preparazione dei muffins, oltre ad essere facile, è anche molto veloce. Qui di seguito la ricetta e tra parentesi le modifiche che ho apportato:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per 14 muffins:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;4 uova&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2 dl olio extravergine (1,5 dl olio di semi - 0,5 olio evo)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;100 gr di yogurt intero&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;300 gr. di farina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1/2 bustina di lievito per torte salate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 ciuffo di aneto (io ho messo una manciata di erba cipollina)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;sale q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;200 gr. si salmone affumicato&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;La preparazione è quella solita dei muffins: mischiare i liquidi in una ciotola e le polveri in un'altra. Unire tutto senza sbattere eccessivamente lasciando il salmone tritato come ultimissimo ingrediente. Cuocere in forno a 18o° per 15/20 minuti.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Per la glassa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 albume&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;200 gr. di zucchero a velo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2 cucchiai di succo di limone&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Si monta a neve l'albume e poi si aggiungono zucchero e limone. Eheheeheh...scherzi a parte, mi sono cimentata nella preparazione delle celeberrime BRIOSCI CU ZUCCURU di &lt;a href="http://aniceecannella.blogspot.com/"&gt;Paoletta&lt;/a&gt; e come al solito con i lievitati trovo sempre qualche difficoltà: questa volta, infatti, non sono riuscita a dare la forma giusta alle brioches e poi quello zucchero che non si attaccava, che nervoso! Alla fine comunque sono uscite delle brioches giganti...con lo "zuccuru" a velo anzichè semolato. Venerdì scorso ho aperto la dispensa e...niente biscotti per fare colazione! Allora, come al solito, ho acceso il pc in cerca di una ricetta trovandone una che mi sembrava proprio "giusta": quella dei &lt;a href="http://mentaeliquirizia.blogspot.com/"&gt;"biscotti da colazione"&lt;/a&gt; di Menta e Liquirizia, che a sua volta l'ha copiata (modificandola) dal blog La foresta incantata, che a sua volta l'ha copiata (sempre modificandola) dal forum di Gennarino...e così via.&lt;br /&gt;E' un po' come il gioco del telefono senza fili: si inizia con una ricetta ma a forza di far modifiche e personalizzarla, alla fine ci si trova con un prodotto ben diverso dall'originale!!!&lt;br /&gt;Comunque anch'io, dopo aver fatto le mie personali modifiche, ho ottenuto dei &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;biscottoni per la colazione&lt;/span&gt; molto buoni...ma sapete qual è stata la sorpresa? Sono venuti esattamente uguali a quelli che la mia mamma fa da sempre. Io gli ho dato un'altra forma ma i biscotti sono quelli!!! Mi è venuto proprio da ridere!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ed ora la ricetta:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 500 gr. di farina “00”&lt;br /&gt;- 2 uova intere&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr. di zucchero semolato&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr. di latte&lt;br /&gt;- 70 gr. di burro fuso&lt;br /&gt;- buccia grattugiata del limone del mio albero&lt;br /&gt;- un pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bustina di lievito per dolci vanigliato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disporre la farina a fontana, sbattere le uova con lo zucchero ed aggiungere man mano tutti gli altri ingredienti. La mia colazione perfetta è quella con i pancakes (e mi riprometto di postarne a breve la ricetta), la mia torta preferita è la cheesecake, i miei dolcetti preferiti sono appunto i muffins e le cupcakes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sabato scorso mi sono cimentata per la prima volta nella preparazione delle &lt;span style="color: #ff6666; font-weight: bold;"&gt;cupcakes&lt;/span&gt; che in realtà non sono altro che mini porzioni di torte (che possono essere fatte con qualsiasi ricetta si preferisca), ma la decorazione è  la vera meraviglia di questi dolcetti. Che dire? Coplimenti a Valentina perchè mi ha fatto fare un figurone. Ho seguito la ricetta alla lettera: unica variazione...non ho messo lo yogurt perchè non l'avevo...ma vi assicuro che la torta è deliziosa. Per la ricetta vi rimando al&lt;a href="http://lacuocaimperfetta.blogspot.com/2007/03/crostata-di-ricotta-con-composta-di.html"&gt; blog di Valentina.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il secondo l'avevo già in mente da un po' di tempo e così mi sono decisa: la &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://lunanerazzurra.blogspot.com/2009/04/brioche-al-latte.html"&gt;Brioche al latte&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/span&gt;di &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Luna &lt;/span&gt;dal blog &lt;a href="http://lunanerazzurra.blogspot.com/"&gt;I pasticci di luna&lt;/a&gt;. Io ho fatto delle brioches tonde ripiene di marmellata con un'unica variazione alla ricetta: ho messo 110 gr. di zucchero anzichè 80 (eh si, sono golosa!!!). La rifarò certamente perchè l'impasto è soffice ed il sapore delizioso...ma la prossima volta proverò a sostituire lo strutto con il burr0 ;). La ricetta è&lt;a href="http://lunanerazzurra.blogspot.com/2009/04/brioche-al-latte.html"&gt; questa &lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sopraffatta dalla pigrizia e dalla voglia di far nulla...ho fatto il mio terzo esperimento delle vacanze natalizie... il &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lacucinadimarble.it/rec.php?id=439"&gt;Dolce al limone con MDP&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/span&gt;di &lt;a href="http://www.lacucinadimarble.it/index.php"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Marble&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. Per la prima volta ho fatto un dolce con la macchina del pane ed il risultato è stato secondo me accettabile: quando non hai voglia di fare alcuna fatica ma ti va comunque di avere un dolcetto fatto in casa...allora si puoi ricorrere alla MDP ma senza aspettarti il risultato di un dolce fatto con i metodi tradizionali! Bisogna solo avere qualche accorgimento per ottenere un risultato soddisfacente: riavviare la macchina 2 o meglio 3 volte per ripetere la fase dell'impasto...inserire tutti gli ingredienti a temperatura ambiente...il burro deve essere necessaramente molto cremoso (come dice Marble "a pomata"). L'unica mia variazione (incredibile detto da me ma vero!!!) è quella di ridurre il quantitativo di zucchero perchè a mio parere così è un po' troppo stucchevole (ne metterei 120 max 150 gr). Comunque il sapore è buonissimo ed anche la consistenza è niente male!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;...but the winner is...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ed ora rullo di tamburi....perchè sta arrivando la vera soddisfazione di queste feste: il &lt;a href="http://blunottelive.blogspot.com/2008/12/panettone.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Panettone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; di &lt;a href="http://blunottelive.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Blunotte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. Nato per essere fatto con la macchina del pane, io ho riadattato le quantità per poterlo cuocere nell'apposito classico stampo in carta. La lievitazione dipende ovviamente dalla temperatura quindi diciamo che quando l'impasto arriva ad un centimetro dal bordo possiamo infornare! L'ho fatta già molte volte riscuotendo un grande successo, ma la novità del giorno è che anche l'ultima arrivata (che ha solo 13 mesi) sembra apprezzare molto il lavoro della mamma ;-)...questa mattina gliel'ho fatta assaggiare e tutta felice ne ha voluto un bel pezzo tutto per lei!!!&lt;br /&gt;Così ho deciso di condividere con voi questa ricettina e poichè l'avevo stampata frettolosomente, non ricordavo la sua autrice: e quindi, con grande fatica, finalmente l'ho trovata... Chabb di &lt;a href="http://lepadellefanfracasso.blogspot.com/"&gt;Le Padelle Fan Fracasso:&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;280 gr. di farina (io ho messo tutta manitoba)&lt;br /&gt;15 gr. di lievito fresco sciolto in 2 cucchiai di acqua tiepida&lt;br /&gt;7 cucchiai di latte&lt;br /&gt;60 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. di zucchero (io ne ho messi 70 perchè mi piace un po' più dolce)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il procedimento è facile.&lt;br /&gt;Sciogliere il lievito nell'acqua, scaldare il latte e sciolerci il burro con il sale e quando sarà freddo mettere nell'impastatrice. Aggiungere l'uovo, la farina ed il lievito. Far girare per almeno 10-15 minuti per ottenere un impasto setoso. Far lievitare per un'ora poi formare la treccia. Lasciar lievitare fino al raddoppio. Spennellare con latte e ricoprire con granella di zucchero (io questa volta l'ho spolverata con zucchero semolato e devo dire che è molto più buona). Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 175° ventilato per 15-20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ed ecco qui la foto, sempre di Chabb, perchè io non sono riuscita a farla ieri sera alle 22,00, avevo troppo sonno!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;meta equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
